Thank you for shopping at GetMyAV.com. Because we sell digital products, our refund and return rules are different from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products Only

All products sold on GetMyAV.com are digital software licenses delivered electronically by email. We do NOT provide:

  • physical shipments

  • boxed software

  • CDs or DVDs

Once a license key has been delivered, it cannot be physically returned.


2. All Sales Final After Delivery

Because digital software licenses cannot be returned or deactivated once issued, all sales are considered final after the license key has been delivered to the customer.


3. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following situations:

✅ the product was not delivered
✅ the license key is proven invalid and cannot be replaced
✅ a duplicate order was placed by mistake
✅ payment was processed in error

We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.


4. Replacement Keys

If a license key is found to be invalid or not working, we may:

  • provide a replacement key

  • provide additional activation assistance

  • offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Most activation issues can be solved through support.


5. Incorrect Email Address

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to:

  • incorrect email entered during checkout

  • email filtering (spam/junk folders)

  • full inbox issues

Please ensure your email address is correct before purchasing.


6. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • the license key has been activated

  • the product was used improperly

  • the key was shared or distributed to others

Misuse of license keys may result in denial of future service.
